The objective of Project SOCH is to create a beneficiary-centric web and mobile based system, to track and record, beneficiary service and inventory transactions in the National HIV program to improve service delivery and beneficiary health outcome. The system will capture inventory and service delivery information pertaining to individual beneficiaries throughout the HIV continuum, create a centralized repository of EHR (Electronic-Health Record) and facilitate forecasting, inventory planning and clinical decision support. The proposed system will form part of the overall IT landscape of MoHFW, have API based linkages with other independent MoHFW IT systems that intersect with the HIV continuum.

Using the SOCH web portal requires a user to be registered in the system. Certain personal information and contact details such as username, password, mobile number, email address is required to log into your account or retrieve forgotten account information and to protect your account from unauthorised access.

NACO SOCH will use your email address and mobile number to send SOCH related information and updates. We reserve the right to send you important program related emails and SMS.
You user account is protected by a password. The initial password may be a system generated password. It is recommended that you change it to your personalized password immediately on your first login. You are responsible for the safe keep of your password and for not sharing it with anyone.
Your name and registration details shall remain confidential and will not be available to anybody other than you, authorised website personnel and program implementation and evaluation teams. Information on your usages, frequency of usage, progress on your trainings within the SOCH program will be collected by the system and shall be used for analysis internally by NACO. These data shall not be shared with any other third party except with authorised authorities as per the extent regulations.
For browsing of our website, SOCH will collect regular server logs which include IP (Internet Protocol) address, domain name, browser type, operating system, files you downloaded, pages you visited, date and time stamps of your visit. We use Cookies to ease your navigation on our website.
SOCH uses industry standard Secured Socket Layer (SSL) protocol which provides data encryption, message integrity and server authentication when your data is sent to it. A small lock you see next to the SOCH URL address bar on your browser window indicates that your data is being encrypted for transmission.
